Holiday houses

You keep the listing. We keep the house.

We do the changeover so the next people walk into a house that feels looked after. Ring when a turnaround is coming. Pay for that job. That’s it.

What most people want: beds, kitchen and bathrooms done properly, bins, floors, the little things guests notice.

If it would help — and most holiday houses do — we can take the linen while we’re there. Oven and fridge after a long stay, not every time. A deeper clean when the house has had a busy season: we’ll say if it needs it. We won’t sell you one for the sake of it.

If something’s off between guests, you’ve got a local number. We’d rather hear it than have it sit.

What it costs

Each house has its own changeover price, agreed once and fixed. A two-bed cottage is priced as one job; bigger houses more. Linen, oven and deep cleans are priced on top, only when you want them, and we’ll tell you before, not after.

Who comes

Insured, referenced, and known to Hayley. Where we can, the same person every time, so they know your house.
